Morocco versus France: Head-to-Head record preview

These two teams will play against each other for the first time in 15 years and for the first time at the World Cup.

Morocco, the first African team to reach the semifinals in tournament history, has come a long way at this year's tournament, defeating Canada, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal on their way to the finals.

In an effort to become the first team since Brazil in the 1962 tournament to do so, Didier Deschamps' men will put in everything to defend their title.

In the wake of wiping out Britain with a stunning 2-1 success at the Al Bayt Arena last week Saturday, France would need to certainly do likewise against Morocco yet without two of their central members: Dayot Upamecano and Adrien Rabiot, both of whom are ill and may not be able to participate in the match.

There is a 62% chance that the Les Bleus will win, with 23% going into extra time and 14% going into normal time for Morocco.
