Popular DJ, Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss dies at 40 - supremevibez

Stephen "tWitch" Boss, the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" DJ, has passed away at the age of 40.

According to a report from the Los Angeles medical examiner, Boss passed away on Tuesday at a hotel. The death was not identified.

His death was announced in a statement by his wife, dancer Allison Holker. "It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share that my husband Stephen has left us," Holker Boss said. Every room Stephen entered lit up. He put family, friends, and the community above all else, and everything to him was to lead with love and light. He was the foundation of our family, the best spouse and father, and a motivation to his fans."

She went on to say, "To say he left a legacy would be to understate it. His positive impact will continue to be felt." There won't be a single day that goes by that we don't remember him. We request privacy during this trying time for both myself and our three children.

"Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you," she said at the end of her tribute.

On DeGeneres' long-running syndicated daytime talk show, Boss is known as "tWitch." In 2014, he joined the show as a guest DJ before becoming a permanent fixture and being named the show's co-executive producer in 2020. The Montgomery, Alabama native, who began dancing when she was 16 years old, finished in second place on Fox's fourth season of "So You Think You Can Dance" in 2008. When he worked with DeGeneres on a routine as a member of the cast of "Dance" in 2010, he first came to his attention, which DeGeneres referred to as "a crash course in getting to know each other."
